TILE AND GROUT CLEANING
As time goes by your grout lines can trap and hold a lot of built up dirt and grime. We use a 3 step process to get your tile and grout looking new again. A mixture of chemical, agitation and hot water extraction ensures that your grout lines get clean and stay clean. Once the cleaning process has been completed we then apply commercial grade fans to the floor to ensure your floor is dry and no water is remaining to cause any damage.
TILE AND GROUT SEALING
Once your floor is completely dry we than add a sealer to your tile and grout. Sealing your tile and grout is a very important step in preventing build up of dirt and grime. Since it is rare that an installer will schedule a time to come back to your home and seal the grout lines of your new floor, always make sure the grout on your new tile floors has been sealed. This is a crucial step to preserving the grout and making cleaning easier. We are more than qualified to handle any and all your tile and grout needs.
